The White Rainbow Collection is Born

Using saris, donated by compassionate Indian women, the WRP has them sewn into Tunic Tops and Gift Bags under the label WHITE RAINBOW COLLECTION. An online store was set up to sell the Tops and Gift bags. In addition some stores and Yoga studios have agreed to carry the collection for us.

The initial response has been overwhelming. People are drawn to the vivid colors and comfortable design of the tunic tops and enthusiastic about the various uses for the reusable gift bags. With proceeds from the sales going to help the efforts of the White Rainbow Project people have been eager to buy them to support the cause. Click on the link to visit our online store

WHITE RAINBOW COLLECTION to browse and purchase some for yourself. If you are aware of any stores or businesses in your area that may be willing to carry the tops or bags, please do let us know.

Purpose

This Blog is dedicated to improving the lives of widows and orphans in India. By using my films "White Rainbow" which sheds light on the horrible stigma that Indian widows face and "Ele, My Friend" which is a heartwarming children's film, I plan to raise funds, educate, motivate and inspire others to get involved and help! If you want to learn more visit our website at www.whiterainbowproject.org
Thank you!
